Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code (Dz.U. /Journal of Laws/ of 2023, item 1465, as amended),
Huta Łabędy introduces a mechanism for internal reporting to:
Detect misconduct at an early stage and prevent undesirable consequences.
Avoid damage to the image and reputation of Huta Łabędy S.A. by handling reports of legal violations properly and discretely.
Reduce possible financial losses by addressing the problem quickly and preventing future occurrences.
Building trust between Huta ŁABĘDY S.A. and stakeholders and creating appropriate ethical standards.
Protecting any person who reports information about identified breaches in good faith.
