ANNOUNCEMENT OF AN OPEN ORAL TENDER
FOR THE SALE OF FOUR PASSENGER CARS BY HUTA ŁABĘDY S.A.
Acting on behalf of HUTA ŁABĘDY S.A., headquartered in Gliwice (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), the Management Board of HUTA ŁABĘDY S.A. hereby announces an open oral tender for the sale of four passenger cars, which are the property of HUTA ŁABĘDY S.A.
Items for Sale:
- Skoda SUPERB ST8857L – starting price: 74,100 PLN gross
- Skoda SUPERB SG8645M – starting price: 58,900 PLN gross
- Skoda OCTAVIA SG2874J – starting price: 22,100 PLN gross
- Skoda SUPERB SG6541K – starting price: 36,300 PLN gross
Participation Requirements
To participate in the tender, applicants must:
- Submit a tender participation application in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Tender Regulations.
- Pay a bid security deposit of 5% of the starting price of the vehicle to the Company’s bank account:

by August 2, 2024, by 14:00.
In the event of a violation of §3(6) of the Tender Regulations, the Company reserves the right to retain the deposited bid security.
Tender Regulations and Vehicle Documentation
The Tender Regulations and documents containing detailed descriptions of each vehicle, including their technical condition, are available for review until August 2, 2024:

Oral Auction Details
The oral auction will take place at HUTA ŁABĘDY S.A., Anny Jagiellonki 45, Room 101, on August 6, 2024, at the following times:
- 10:00 AM – Skoda SUPERB ST8857L
- 10:30 AM – Skoda SUPERB SG8645M
- 11:00 AM – Skoda OCTAVIA SG2874J
- 11:30 AM – Skoda SUPERB SG6541K
Remote Participation Option
Upon request, bidders may participate via a video conference using Microsoft Teams. Instructions for online participation are available in the “tenders” section of the Company’s website:

The participant is responsible for ensuring that their computer hardware and software allow them to participate in the auction via video conferencing.
Important Information
The open oral tender will be conducted in accordance with the Tender Regulations, adopted by Resolution No. 323/IX/2024 of the Management Board of HUTA ŁABĘDY S.A. dated April 26, 2024, regarding the “Tender Regulations for the Sale of Five Passenger Cars by HUTA ŁABĘDY S.A.”
The Company reserves the right to cancel the tender or conclude it without a decision at any time without providing a reason.
